During the meeting, they considered a new product of Eigenmethod Company "Strategic and Performance management": the program and methodological support of  Company strategy implementation developed on SAP Analytics Cloud и SAP SuccessFactors platforms.

Advisory Board kmbs alumni is the expert council of Kyiv Mohyla Business School alumnus. On the Board sessions, the team of experts works through the product and gives extensive recommendations and advice basing on their knowledge and experience.

At the council, in the joint work of the Advisory Board experts and representatives of Eigenmethod, they concluded that the product concept of the Eigenmethod company "Strategic and Performance management" by innovative methods solves business problems in terms of monitoring the implementation of the strategy.

Unique character and advantage of the product are in the harmonic composition of three approaches of automated monitoring of strategy implementation such as BSC, KPI and OKR in an integrated system, opportunity to analyze data in the frame of detailed analytic materials collected from external systems, high quality of visualization of indexes and reports, work speed, opportunity to extend the system to functions of budgeting, analysis and forecasts.
